Before you book your reading with Lady Luna Flora:
You are welcome to order a reading regardless of your race, religion, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, type of employment, socio-economic background, body shape, size or ability. I do not discriminate, and appreciate the same from you. You must be 18+ years old to purchase and receive a reading.
Your reading is confidential. I have been reading and aligning people for over 25 years and this business, established in 2025, is my public declaration of my own personal and professional alignment. Weaving my light into your life to explore and examine pathways to facets of self.
My abilities lie in connecting with your essence, with where you are at right now and encouraging you to stay connected with potential situations unfolding around you. I work with natural elements, colours and auras as well interpreting complex patterns and signals. I am not a finder of lost items, a predictor of death, nor am I a medium. I am here to connect with YOU, not others in your life, dead or alive.
I do not do ‘medical’ readings. Tarot Readings and Energy Healings are for entertainment purposes only. Any guidance given should not be used in the place of advice or recommendations from Medical Professionals. I am not a doctor, lawyer, counsellor, psychiatrist, financial advisor, or psychologist. No Guidance or Energy Healing given should be used in the place of guidance from any or all of these professionals and I am not responsible for choices that you make based on information provided during the service. You have free will.

Reading Refunds:
Once a reading has been purchased and the transaction confirmed, no refunds will be offered. Should you purchase a reading and prior to delivery of it, you decide that the timing is no longer appropriate and you wish to use at a later date, your reading will remain in credit under your name until you choose to utilise it. Please email: hello@ladylunaflora.com to make arrangements.
If you are unsatisfied with the unique, individualised content of your reading, please understand that the services have already been rendered with great care and the sale is final. The unified, formatted content delivery is the same across all purchases, unless specifically stated in the product description. The message that is channeled and delivered is yours, whether you are comfortable with the contents or not. No refunds will be offered if you disagree with or simply reject the information and service provided.
To finalise the purchase of a reading, is an act of confirmation that you are aware of all the information on this page and agree to the terms prior to purchasing, as referenced in each product listings description. For legal disclosure, all services offered are for entertainment purposes only.
Live Tarot Reading Event Cancellations:
If you cancel 14 days prior to your event booking date, there will be a 20% cancellation fee, with 80% returned to you.
If you cancel 7 days prior to your event booking date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee, with 50% returned to you.
If you cancel 2 days or less, prior to your event booking date, there will be a 100% cancellation fee, with 0% returned to you.
If your event is a Custom Event Booking, please refer to the terms of the contract. These refund rates are for preset event reading services on this site.
Product Refunds:
Refunds are not offered for physical goods that may be available to purchase from time to time. If you experience an issue with a physical item purchased from this store within 14 business days, please contact hello@ladylunaflora.com and once justified and approved, partial or full store credit may be offered. Credited amount excludes any shipping charges or expense, this responsibility lies with the purchaser. Credit will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect selection.
